to my academic and personal web page. I am a mathematician working in mathematical logic and nonstandard methods. Currently an assistant professor at the University of Economics in Prague, I also teach at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (MFF) of the Charles University. My Erdös number is 3.

A MFF alumnus, I have recieved my PhD in Algebra, number theory and mathematical logic in 2013. As a post-doctoral fellow at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic I participated in the ERC advanced grant “FEALORA” in 2014 and was a Fulbright visiting scholar at the City University of New York during 2015. Download my full CV in the pdf format, or look at my ORCID.

I am an enthusiastic though not very good climber and mountaineer (my highest peak so far is Stok Kangri – 6153m), a (trail) runner and an amateur table tennis and badminton player. You can find some guides and stories from my mountain trips in the blog.
